Adrienne was most accommodating as model for LeFever's crazy impulse to take pictures everywhere along his whirlwind itinerary. From taking night photos over a steam hole in the middle of the street on the upper East Side timed between lapses of traffic, to gallery parties in Chelsea, restaurants, churches, the New Museum of Contemporary Art: Adrienne, with natural aplomb, supported the creative activity without hesitation.
Acquiescence of creative minds: While gathering photos for his journal on consecrated space, Adrienne accompanied LeFever to several N.Y. churches where she found the time to pray while LeFever was shooting. And although she doesn't smoke, Adrienne agreed to make a contribution as a smoker for LeFever's Smoker Series when they discovered a hookah bar at the back of a restaurant in which they paused for dinner. |
